Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phpins account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phpins does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the phpins Platform, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with these Terms. phpins reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited on phpins must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. phpins reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpins, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpins Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
phpins does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpins shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your phpins Login credentials.
phpins's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpins account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpins reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if phpins reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if phpins is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your phpins account at any time by contacting the phpins support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpins Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
phpins operates in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players acknowledge that phpins's operations are subject to Philippine gaming law and regulatory oversight.
phpins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the phpins Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
